For all purchases of flowers and gifts for delivery in areas of Farnborough, Guildford, Camberley, Sandhurst, Frimly and FLeet will have a same day surcharge of £2.00 and must be received by 2pm GMT, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day.
We deliver flowers from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Sundays. If an order is received for a Sunday it will be delivered the next working day. We are closed bank holidays, please call the shop for further delivery information.
Our experienced drivers will hand deliver your gift. If no one is in they will attempt to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour, and leave a calling card to say where your gift has been left. If we are unable to leave anywhere safe or with a neighbour we will return your gift to our studio and await a response from the calling card left with the recipient. We will attempt to redeliver the same day if at all possible. Deliveries of alcohol cannot be left unattended and must be signed for by someone over the age of 21.
We are able to provide a Click & Collect service from our Studio, We offer AM & PM collections for orders placed by phone or via our web shop.
A delivery charge is required on the location of the delivery. Unless changed for Peak Periods. These charges are as follows:
